// News - WINWICK QUAY THE PLACE TO BE AS 5 MORE DEALS COMPLETE WITHIN A WEEK

Winwick Quay Business Park which comprises Cameron, Colville and Chetham Courts, continues to position itself above the competition by securing 5 new lettings within a week totaling over 80,000sqft.

Klenzan, one of the UK's leading detergent and disinfectant manufacturers has taken 7 units on Cameron Court taking a total space of 52,000 sqft. Now the Parks largest occupier Klenzan will operate their national business from the Winwick location after taking a 10 year lease.

Belfry Group have relocated from elsewhere in Warrington to open their new national HQ in Unit 12 Cameron Court (13,419 sqft). Their expansion onto the Cameron Court site will enable them to run their whole business from the Winwick location. The company which speclialises in property maintenance, renewable energy, security and vehicle MOT's employs over 200 local people. Keith Rimmer, Director of Belfry Group commented, 'The move to Cameron Court is invaluable for our business. The travel time reductions along with the high profile location and high quality unit will enable our business to flourish.'

Baby Store, the rapidly expanding online retailer, who only took occupation on Chetham Court in the summer, have extended their current lease by another 5 years and also taken on the neighbouring unit to double their space to 6,584 sqft. The Baby Store's trade has exceeded all expectations and the extra space will help them take advantage of the volume of business received from this location.

New tenants also taking occupation are Document Outsourcing and CK Building Supplies.

Glasgow based Document Outsourcing have chosen Unit 16 Cameron Court (8,647sqft) as the new base for their North West operation. CK Building Supplies have taken Unit 6 Colville Court (3,900 sqft) for the launch of their new building supplies company. Both have been attracted by the high standard of refurbished units along with the outstanding location fronting the A49, just off Junction 9 of the M62.
